    Lee,

You are welcome to add those symbols to your CalTopo maps:
To import a custom icon, it needs to be hosted online somewhere.

    1.create marker
    2.click the style button
3.enter the url of where just the icon lives. It can't be a webpage that contains the icon. example: https://cdn2.iconfinder.com/data/icons/navigation-and-mapping-1/65/...
    4.hit ok

    Thank you for using CalTopo,
    Rom

    Lee,

Could you attach a sample of the lines? I was unaware there were lines involved. Offhand I'm not sure how you'd do that, so I'll need to ask our developer.

    Thank you,
    Rom

    Lee,

Thank you for the additional specs. Our developer confirmed that there is currently no way to specify custom line styles or polygon fill patterns. My apologies. This is something we will consider looking into down the road.

    Thank you for using Caltopo,
    Rom
