alpha blend option for false-color satellite layer

This selfish feature request involves finding where the snow is.

Now that you have amazing high-resolution false color satellite imagery, it would be nice to be able to alpha-blend only the snow portion into the base layer. That way you would be able to see things like slope shading or topo contours very clearly, while also clearly seeing snow cover.

    Check out this article. It's not false color for the snow only, but it seems to do a nice job of blending the satellite imagery without obscuring map features. (http://caltopo.blogspot.com/2019/06/sentinel-satellite-imagery.html) What do you think?
