add a resolution setting for generating PDFs

I sometimes print maps and have found the resolution to be a little lower than I might wish. Most recently, I was trying to print off the FS Topo 2016 layer. At a 1:50,000 scale the elevations labels at that scale are pretty pixelated. It would be rad if I could print a version at that scale where, if I peered closely, I could make out the elevations. A menu or box for different resolution settings would like those of us who don't mind straining our eyes a bit print super crips topos :)

I can think about it, but it won't be immediate - the 200dpi resolution is hard-coded in enough places that it wouldn't be a trivial change. Not sure what resolution a typical printer goes up to though.

Matt- typical inkjet printers can get into the 300-600+ dpi range and laser printers often go as high as 1200 or 2400 dpi.
