Remember / configure custom printing scales

I like 1:15840, 1" = 1/4 mile, but I can never remember the magic number 15840. Either remember the custom scales I've used, or let me set a list of custom scales. (If you just automatically remember scales, provide a way for me to delete entries so I'm not stuck with mistakes forever.) You might also data-mine the custom scales used to see which you might add to the "canned" list.

This is obviously far from critical.

    Your last PDF scale should be remembered and displayed the next time you load the print page. Remembering a set of custom scales, not just the last one, is something I can think about but it definitely adds some complexity.
