I searched the forum and couldn't come up with an answer on how to print a zoomed in map to 1:24,00 scale that allows my firefighter students to, without glasses (older guys) or a magnifying glass, draw lines to from one contour line to another. I'm teaching them to calculate rise for slope percentage determination. Any help would be great. Thanks

Have you looked at http://help.caltopo.com/kb/basics/printing? Scale is one of the options at the top of the left bar.
