Is it possible to use range rings to limit the range (diameter) of viewsheds (originating within the ring)?

I am working with HPWREN which manages 100+ cameras on mountaintops and being able to show realistic (distance limited) viewsheds with CalTopo would be very helpful. If there are other techniques able to achieve this, please let me know.

thanks!

The viewsheds don't come with a max range, although it's something I may add in the future as it's also relevant for predicting radio coverage. You can draw a range ring, obviously, but depending on how close together the cameras are, that might make your map an unreadable mess.
