Does anyone know of a way to take multiple maps and merge into a single map?

This would be helpful :)

Do you mean the points/lines/etc drawn onto a map? There isn't a way to do this automatically, but you can download a backup of one map (Export -> Download CalTopo Backup) and then import it into another, to manually create a merged map.

    Hi Matt,

Is this backup feature still available, and if so, does it preserve All I see in export is GPX/JSON/Google earth data. I would love to be able to export my tracks/points and keep the formatting (color, line thickness, etc) that usually isn't preserved when using gpx files. (I would like to do this for the same reason as the OP, to merge data from two caltopo maps into one.)

    Thanks! Your product rocks.

The "CalTopo Backup" feather has been deprecated for a while and was recently removed. It's been replaced by the GeoJSON export option, which will preserve all folders and formatting.
