Hoping someone can help me and hoping I am overlooking something obvious (probably true). Longtime use of CalTopo, all of a sudden I cannot seem to figure out how to save a map. Seems like something has changed? Screenshot attached of the upper left portion of my browser with CalTopo. I don't see anyway to save..

Hi Paul - you need to create at least one object first.

Another new behavior for me.. is now when I save a map, and then load it, it's not at my original zoom level, but zoomed really far in... Anyone seen this?

Normally when it reloads, also whenever you refresh the page, it zooms to
encompass all data objects on that map, plus a buffer region around them.
If your map only has one point, this will zoom way in.

Thanks again so much! I have been using Caltopo's new Fire layers to watch the Cameron Peak Fire here in Colorado. There has been no need for me to really create a map, but I tried with a single object and was getting this behavior - now I understand what is going on. I am now just using an URL to get me to the right location and zoom level, not a saved Map. Thanks so much!
