Noticed when exporting track apps via GeoJSON from Caltopo and then uploading to Sartopo and assigning the tracks to folders, when toggling the folder on and off some items imported do not disappear.

There's an outstanding bug where when you swap the folder an item belongs to, it won't automatically pick up on that folder's visibility - you have to toggle the folder on and then back off in order for the new item to disappear. However once it's been moved, it should pick up on all subsequent folder visibility changes.

It sounds like they're staying visible even after you toggle the folder's visibility, though? If so can you link to an example map?

If you toggle the individual tracks in the RAVEN folder they will turn on
and off. If the whole folder is done, not so much. There are other examples
in the other folders as well.

Got it. It looks like app tracks (including the original ones, nothing to do with import/export) don't follow the visibility of custom folders, but do turn on/off when they're in the "app tracks" folder. We'll try to get it fixed soon.
